2 eggs
1 c. lemon juice
½ c. oil
2/3 c. finely ground pistachio nuts
½ c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
grated peel from 1 lemon
2 c. spelt flour
1 t. baking soda
Bake about 30 min in greased pan at 350 F or 180 C.
Draw Mallard Duck or another animal on top with white icing.
