Tick Tock's Blueberry White Chip Muffins

Mix:
1 c. finely ground walnuts
1½ c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. sugar
½ t. baking powder
½ t. baking soda
Add:
2/3 c, blended blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/3 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
2½ ounces white chocolate chopped to chips
Put dough in oiled muffin tin and put one whole walnut on each. Bake for 20-25min at 350 F or 200 C.

Boris the Fishing Bear's Delicious Tortillas

Boil:
3/4 c. basmati rice with 1 t. salt,  and 1 t. chili
Fry:
4 fish filets breaded with lemon and parsly and cut in bite size pieces.
Sauté:
1 onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 c. canned corn, drained
1 c. green beans, diced
Add:
1 t. chili and 1½ t. pabrika and then the fish filet and rice and eat on heated whole wheat tortillas.

Chewie's Spicey Surprise


Boil:
1 c. basmati rice with 1 t. salt and 1 3/4 t. chili
Fry in olive oil:
10 small chicken nuggets and then cut them into bite size pieces
Sauté:
1 red pepper, diced
4 cloves of garlic, finely grated
1½ c. frozen peas
4 rings of canned pineapple, diced
                                                                        Mix in chicken nuggets and rice and serve.

Chewie says: This dish is surprisingly good and tasty and quick to make too! *****

Fat Cat and Skvat Cat's Spicey Ricey Chicken Dish


Boil:
1 1/4 c. rice with 1 t. salt, 2t. pabrika and 2 t. curry
Bake:
3/4 lb. barbecued chicken breast and dice
Sauté in olive oil with 1½ t. chili powder:
1 leek, diced
1 large green pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, finely grated
1/4 lb. fresh bean sprouts
Add:
                                                                 1 c. frozen peas
                                                                 Add chicken and rice. Mix well and serve.

Fat Cat says: This is a delicious, easy to make dish! ****
Skvat Cat says: The more you eat, the better it gets! *****

Abominable Smowman's Friendly Cookie


Mix:
2/3 c. finely ground walnuts
1/4 c. coconut flakes
1 c. grated carrots
1½ c. whole wheat flour
½ c. sugar
1 t. baking powder
Add:
1 t. vanilla
1 egg
½ c. oil
2 T. pineapple juice
                                                     2½ rings canned pineapple, chopped finely
Drop spoonfulls on greased baking sheet. Press flat. Bake 13-15 min. at 350 F or 200 C.

Flower Cat's Fruity Power Cake

Mix:
½ c. coconut
½ c. sugar
1½ c. whole wheat flour
1 t. baking soda
Add:
1 t. vanilla
1 egg
½ c. oil
2/3 c. frozen raspberries thawed and blended
½ c. orange juice
                                                                    ½ c. dried cranberries
Bake in greased pan at 350 F or 200 C for about 30 min. Decorate by drawing a cat with icing.

Eagle's Soaring Chicken Dish


Boil:
1/4lb chinese whole wheat egg noodles in salted water and drain.
Sauté:
1 large onion, diced
2 large stalks celery, diced
½ lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 c. frozen peas
Add:
2 t. pabrika
3½ t. curry
l lb. barbecued chicken breast or cooked plain chicken breast, diced
                                                                      Add noodles, mix well and serve.

Strawberry Frog's Froggy Muffin

Mix:
1½ c. whole wheat flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. small sunflower seeds
1/4 c. sesame seeds and poppy seeds
1 t. baking soda
1 c. dried cranberries
Add:
3/4 c. frozen strawberries, thawed and blended
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
Make froggy faces with walnuts. Bake 20-25 min. at 350 F or 200 C

Bobcat's Special Meat Ball Munchy Dish

Meatballs
Mix:
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg
1 t. salt
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. pabrika
2 T. cornstarch
Fry as small meatballs or larger ones you chop up
Boil ½ lb. fiber noodles in 1 t. salt. Drain and add 1 T. olive oil and 2-3 t. curry
Sauté :
2 leeks, chopped in small pieces
                                                              2 carrots, grated
                                                              1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
                                                               1 c. frozen peas
Add meatballs and curry noodles and serve.
