Boil:
1 c. basmati rice with 1 t. salt and 1 3/4 t. chili
Fry in olive oil:
10 small chicken nuggets and then cut them into bite size pieces
Sauté:
1 red pepper, diced
4 cloves of garlic, finely grated
1½ c. frozen peas
4 rings of canned pineapple, diced
Mix in chicken nuggets and rice and serve.
