Duckling and Luis Lemon's Surprise Easter Dinner

 Marinate 1 lb chicken filet for several hours in:
½ c. olive oil
½ c. lemon juice
2 t. turmeric
1½ t. garlic powder
Start bread dough 2 hours before you want to eat.
Mix:
2 c. water
1 t. yeast
2 t. garlic powder
2 t. turmeric
2 t. curry
some whole wheat flour to make a porridge consistency.
Cover and let stand approx. one hour.
Bake chicken filet in marinade for about 20 min at 350 F or 200 C
Sauté:
1 large yellow bell pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, finely grated
the peel of one small organic lemon, finely grated
1 package fresh bean sprouts
                                                               1½ c. canned corn
Boil 1/4 lb. fresh whole wheat linguine. Drain and add 1 T. olive oil and 1½ t. curry powder.
Cut chicken filet into small bite size pieces. Add chicken and noodles to vegetables and mix.
Add 2 T. olive oil and 3 t. salt to bread dough and enough spelt flour to make a nice dough.
Roll circles of dough and put on a heap of filling and pinch together at the top. Brush with olive oil and bake for about 30 min. at 350 F. or 200 C.

Gobbles Perfect Spice Turkey Steaks

Mix:
½ c. olive oil
½ onion, grated finely
½ t. garlic powder
1 t. oregano
1 t. pabrika
1 t. chili powder

Marinate 1 lb. turkey breast cut into steaks in this mixture for 8-10 hours. (In refrigerator)
Bake for about 20 min. at 350 F or 200 C.

The Three Little Pigs' Strawberry Chocolate Chip Crunch Cookies

Mix:
3/4 c. blended strawberries
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
Add:
2/3 c. finely ground hazlenuts
½ c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 t. baking powder
1½ c.whole wheat flour
½ c. chocolate chips

Drop on greased baking sheet with spoon. Bake 15- 20 min. at 370 F or 200 C.

Donald Duck's Banana Nut Surprise Cookies

Mash 1½ ripe bananas
Add:
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
2 t. cinamon
½ c. sugar
1/3 c. pumpkin seeds
½ c. finely ground almonds
1/4 c. dried cranberries
1 t. baking powder
1½ c. flour
Drop with spoon on greased baking sheet.
Bake 15-20 min at 350 F or 200 C.

Chibi the Ginger Cat's Ginger Noodle Yummy Dish

Fry 15 chicken nuggets and cut into bite size pieces
Cook 5 ounces thin rice noodles that don't get sticky. Chibi used miehoen or mihoen noodles. Either break them in small pieces before cooking or cut up afterwards.
Sauté:
4 carrots, sliced
4 leaves chinese cabbage, chopped
5 garlic cloves, finely grated
Add:
1½ t. ginger
1½ t. turmeric
½ t. chili
1½ c. canned corn, drained
6 pineapple rings, cut into pieces
Mix in chicken nuggets and rice noodles and eat.

Bitzer's Farm Cake

Mix:
½ c. sugar
1/3 c. pumpkin seeds
1/4 c. poppy seeds
2/3 c. finely ground almonds
1 2/3 c. whole wheat flour
1 t. baking soda
2 ounces white chocolate chips
Add:
1 egg
1 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ c. oil

Bake in greased pan about 30 min. at 350 F or 200 C. Draw Bitzer or another animal on top with icing.

Fire Dragons Red Dish

Boil: ½ lb. whole grain noodles, drain, add 1T olive oil and 2 t. pabrika and 2 t. chili
Cube 1 lb. fresh turkey breast. Dip the cubes in flour, then beaten egg, then bread crumbs and fry in olive oil.
Sauté:
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, grated finely
1 red pepper, diced
½ lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/3 lb. fresh bean sprouts
1½ c. frozen peas
Add turkey and noodles and mix well and serve.
