Dear Fat Cat and Catball,
As you can see, I am on vacation in this beautiful spot.
The other night, I made a delicious dinner which I think you should try. I call it "Double Meat Dish".
I used chicken cut in squares and first dipped in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs and fried crispy, 2 all beef hot dogs cut in small slices. I boiled fresh spaghetti noodles. Then I sautéed the hot dogs, onion, garlic, one orange pepper, mushrooms, chinese cabbage, canned corn and cashews with lots of pabrika. Added the crispy chicken and noodles. Stirred well and served.
