Wild Bear's Carrot Cranberry Bars

Mix:
2 eggs
½ c oil
1½ c finely grated carrots
seeds from 1 vanilla bean
1 t ginger
½ c raw sugar
1 T coconut flakes
½ c raw oatmeal
1 t baking powder
1½ c whole wheat flour
1 c dried cranberries

Bake in greased 9" round pan at 350 F or 180 C for 20 -25 min.
Cut in rectangles.
