Tick Tock's Blueberry White Chip Muffins

Mix:
1 c. finely ground walnuts
1½ c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. sugar
½ t. baking powder
½ t. baking soda
Add:
2/3 c, blended blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/3 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
2½ ounces white chocolate chopped to chips
Put dough in oiled muffin tin and put one whole walnut on each. Bake for 20-25min at 350 F or 200 C.
