Fat Cat and Skvat Cat's Spicey Ricey Chicken Dish


Boil:
1 1/4 c. rice with 1 t. salt, 2t. pabrika and 2 t. curry
Bake:
3/4 lb. barbecued chicken breast and dice
Sauté in olive oil with 1½ t. chili powder:
1 leek, diced
1 large green pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, finely grated
1/4 lb. fresh bean sprouts
Add:
                                                                 1 c. frozen peas
                                                                 Add chicken and rice. Mix well and serve.
