Eagle's Soaring Chicken Dish


Boil:
1/4lb chinese whole wheat egg noodles in salted water and drain.
Sauté:
1 large onion, diced
2 large stalks celery, diced
½ lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 c. frozen peas
Add:
2 t. pabrika
3½ t. curry
l lb. barbecued chicken breast or cooked plain chicken breast, diced
                                                                      Add noodles, mix well and serve.
