Boris the Fishing Bear's Delicious Tortillas

Boil:
3/4 c. basmati rice with 1 t. salt,  and 1 t. chili
Fry:
4 fish filets breaded with lemon and parsly and cut in bite size pieces.
Sauté:
1 onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 c. canned corn, drained
1 c. green beans, diced
Add:
1 t. chili and 1½ t. pabrika and then the fish filet and rice and eat on heated whole wheat tortillas.
