2 eggs
½ c oil
½ c brown sugar
3 t cinnamon
2 t ginger powder
1 medium sized pear, peeled and finely diced
2 c spelt flour
1 t baking powder
½ c raisins
1/4 pumpkin seeds
Shape as pears and bake on greased baking sheet for about 15 min (after thickness) at 350 F or 190 C
