Mix:
1 c cooked pumpkin or hokaido squash
½ c oil
3 eggs
1½ t almond essence
½ c raw sugar
½ c green pumpkin seeds
1 T poppy seeds
2.2 ounces or 62 g baking marzipan cut in small pieces
1 t baking powder
2 c spelt flour
Spoon into paper forms and bake at 350 F or 185 C for about 20 minutes.
Melt 3 ounces or 85 g white chocolate in a bowl in the microwave. Heat uncovered at 50% power for 3 minutes. Mix well and it will melt finished.
Draw a ghost on each cupcake and give it small chocolate chip eyes.

Ghostly Cupcakes 2 - a variation
No pumpkin seeds or poppy seeds but ½ c finely ground walnuts
1 T sesame seeds
No marzipan but mixed dried tropical yellow fruits
2 t. almond essence
