3 eggs
½ c oil
1 c sweetened applesauce
½ c buttermilk
1/3 c raw sugar
1½ t ground cinnamon
1 c finely ground walnuts
½ t baking powder
½ t baking soda
1 1/3 c whole grain spelt flour
1 c rhubarb diced
½ c dried cranberries
Bake in greased form for ca 40 min at 350 F or 190 C
