Sonne Cat's Almond Spicy Waffles

Mix:
2 eggs
1 c buttermilk
2 T oil
1 c almonds, finely ground
1 t vanilla sugar
½ t ginger powder
1/8 t salt
1 t baking soda
½ c spelt flour

Bake in waffle iron
