Cat in the Hat's Pumpkin Corn Bread

Mix:
1 egg
2 T oil
1 c cooked and mashed pumpkin
1/3 c milk
1 t almond essence
2 t vanilla sugar
3 t baking powder
1 3/4 c corn meal
1/3 c white chocolate chips

Bake in greased 9" round pan for about 25 min at 225C or 430F

The Cat in the Hat says: This is the best cornbread I have ever tasted or seen! *****
