Mix:
1 egg
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
4 T. oil
1 c. pitted and quartered cherries
1 c. ground almonds
1/4 c. sugar
1½ c. spelt flour
1 t. baking soda
Pour into greased muffin tin. Cut up pineapple slices for faces. Bake 20- 25 min at 350 F or 180 C.
