1 c. mixed berries, mashed
½ c. oil
½ c. buttermilk
1 egg
½ c. sugar
½ c, ground hazlenuts
1½ c. whole wheat flour
1 t. baking soda
Pour into greased pan. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and bake at 350 F or 200 C for 30 min. Draw an adorable snowman on top.
