2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 pineapple rings cut in small pieces
Shape as a snowman. Make face and buttons with jumbo raisins and regular raisins.
Bake 350F or 200 C for 15-20 min.
