Boil 1/3 lb. whole wheat noodles
Add. 1 T. olive oil and 1½ t. curry
Sauté in olive oil:
1 onion, diced
6 cloves garlic, finely grated
Add: ½ lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
Add:
2 carrots, finely grated
1½ c. frozen peas
Add:
1/3 lb. parma ham, diced and the curry noodles.
Mix well and serve.

Skvat Cat's Black Muffins
Mix well:
1 c. ground almonds
1 1/3 c. whole wheat flour
½ c. sugar
½ c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 T. carob powder
1/3 c. poppy seeds
1 t. baking soda
1/4 t. chili powder
Add:
1 c. pineapple juice
1/3 c. oil
1 egg
Spoon into greased muffin tin. Give each muffin raisin eyes, almond nose and dried cranberry tongue. Bake about 20 min at 350 F or 200 C.

Catball's Delicious Dinner
2 c. lukewarm water
1 t. yeast
whole wheat flour to make a porridge consistency. Let stand covered.
Make meatballs:

1 egg
1 t. salt
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. pabrika
2 T. cornstarch
Fry as small meatballs
Boil and drain: 1/4 lb. chinese egg noodles. Add 1 T. olive oil and 1 t. chili.
Sauté:
1 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, grated
1½ carrots, grated
1 yellow pepper, diced
2 leaves chinese cabbage, diced
3 T. orange juice
Mix meatballs and noodles in with vegetables to make filling.
Finish bread dough. Add: 2 T. olive oil, 3t. salt, 2 t. pabrika, 2 t. curry, 1 t. turmeric and whole wheat flour.
Knead dough and roll in circles. Spoon in filling. Fold and close catballs. Brush with water or oil and bake about 25 min. at 350 F or 200 C
Catball says: Take one bite and you won't be able to stop. They are lots of work, but well worth it. ******
Catball's Dessert
Mix:
½ c. ground pistachios
1½ c. whole wheat flour
½ c. sugar
1 t. baking soda
3/4 c. white chocolate chips
½ c. dried cranberries
Add:
½ c. oil
½ c. freshly squeezed orange juice
1 egg
Bake about 30 min at 350F or 200C. Draw Catball on top with icing
Catball says: This cake is so yummy, that you might start to roll! *****

Piglet's Raspberry Fun Cookies
Mix:
2/3 c. blended raspberries
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
Add:
1½ c. ground almonds
½ c. sugar
1 t. baking powder
1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
lemon peel from one organic lemon
Shape as Piglet's head with winter cap. Give Piglet jumbo raisin eyes and Sprinkle coconut on the hat. This recipe makes 8 large piglet heads. Bake about 15 min. at 350 F or 200 C.
Piglet says: Just because I am little doesn't mean I can't have a great big hit cookie! *****

Barkio's Filled Snack Peppers
Boil 1/4 lb. whole wheat chinese noodles. Drain and add ½ t. chili and 1 t. pabrika.
Cut ½ lb. chicken breast into bite size pieces. Dip in olive oil, then bread crumbs and fry.
Sauté with 2 t. curry:
2 stalks celery, diced
1 small leek, diced
1 c. drained canned corn
Add chicken and noodles
Hollow out snack peppers and stuff.
Barkio says: They're so crunchy, you will bark for the last bite! ****
