½ c. ground pistachios
1½ c. whole wheat flour
½ c. sugar
1 t. baking soda
3/4 c. white chocolate chips
½ c. dried cranberries
Add:
½ c. oil
½ c. freshly squeezed orange juice
1 egg
Bake about 30 min at 350F or 200C. Draw Catball on top with icing
