Mix well:
1 c. ground almonds
1 1/3 c. whole wheat flour
½ c. sugar
½ c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 T. carob powder
1/3 c. poppy seeds
1 t. baking soda
1/4 t. chili powder
Add:
1 c. pineapple juice
1/3 c. oil
1 egg
Spoon into greased muffin tin. Give each muffin raisin eyes, almond nose and dried cranberry tongue. Bake about 20 min at 350 F or 200 C.
