Boil: ½ lb. egg noodles, Add 1 T. olive oil and 1 t. chili
Fry 12 chicken nuggets and cut in bite size pieces
Sauté in olive oil with 1 1/4 t. curry, 2 t. pabrika and 3/4 t. chili:
1 large onion, diced
3 celery stalks, diced
1 red pepperfruit, diced
Add
1 1½ c. drained canned corn
7 pineapple rings cut in pieces
Add chicken nuggets and chili noodles and mix well.
Sprinkle 2/3 c. chopped and toasted walnuts on top and serve.
