Mix well:
1 egg
1 onion, finely diced
½ large orange pepperfruit, finely diced
2 T. orange juice
1 t. salt
1 t. chili powder
1 c. oatmeal, uncooked
1 lb. chopped chicken
Form as loaf. Bake in greased pan for 45 min. at 350 F or 200 C
