Skvat Cat's Mexican Style Dinner Loaf

Boil:
1/4 lb. spaghetti noodles broken into little pieces in salted water and drain.
Sauté very lightly:
3½ ounces fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
1 large leek, diced
3 cloves garlic, finely grated
Mix:
1 t ginger
½ t curry
1½ t pabrika
1½ t chili powder
Add 2 eggs and mix well
Add 1lb lean ground beef and mix well.
Add the noodles and mix.
Add the sauteed vegetables and 1 c. canned corn and mix.
Shape into two loaves and bake for about 30 min at 350F or 180 C.

Nici Landogar the Red Dragon's Flaming Dish

Bring to boil:
1½ c. water
1 t. salt
1 t. garlic powder
1½ t. chili powder
1 t. pabrika
Add 1 c. basmati rice and simmer for about 12 min.
Cut up 1 lb turkey breast into bite size pieces
Mix 3 T olive oil and 2 t. garlic powder,1 t. curry powder ½ t chili powder and 1½ t. turmeric. Mix with turkey pieces until all are well coated. Then coat with bread crumbs and fry.
Sauté:
1 green pepper, diced
5 oz (150g) bean sprouts
1 large leek, diced
Add 2 c. canned corn
Add the fried spiced turkey and then the spicey rice.
Mix well and add 5 oz (150g) cashew nuts and serve.

Landogar Red Dragon says: This is an easy to make, fiery, delicious dish and enough for at least 4 -5 people. (but only 1-2 dragons!) *****

A letter to Fat Cat from your friend Pig

Dear Fat Cat,
You can see the Pig Bread Muffins I baked today. I used blended blackberries, ground almonds, milk, sugar, egg, oil, vanilla sugar, yeast and spelt flour.
They are delicious and you can shape them like me or whatever friend you want.

Lemon Crab and Voo Monkey's Bongo Sweet Cubes

Mix:
3 eggs
2/3 c. oil
1 1/4 c. finely ground walnuts
zest from one organic lemon
1 c. raw sugar
1½ c. spelt flour
2 t. baking powder
3½ oz (100 g) white chocolate cut in chips
optional ½ c. raisins

Bake in greased pan for 20-25 min. at 350 F or 180 C.
Newest  variation update to our cubes:
Add juice from one lemon. Use 1½ c. ground hazelnuts instead of walnuts. Use chocolate chips instead of white chips and jumbo raisins. You will need a little more flower. Fantastic-licious!

Fat Cat's Spicy, Crispy Turkey Steaks

Mix:
2 T olive oil
1 t garlic powder
1 t curry
2 t chili powder
1 t turmeric

Cut 1 lb. turkey breast in small steak sizes. Mix with oil and spices until well coated. Dip in breadcrumbs and fry until crispy and cooked.

Boo's Scary-licious Banana Nut Waffles

Mix:
2 eggs
3/4 c. blended banana (Boo used two small bananas)
4 T. oil
1 t. vanilla essence
½ c. buttermilk
1 c. almond flour (Boo finely ground his own almonds)
pinch of salt
1 t. baking powder
½ t. baking soda
1 c. spelt flour

This is thicker than normal waffle dough but works perfect.

Disco Fish's Banana Munch Cookies

Mix:
1 banana, mashed
1 c. frozen blackberries, thawed and blended
½ c. pistachio nuts, finely ground
1 egg
½ c. oil
1/4 c. sesame seeds
½ c. sugar
1 t. baking powder
ca. 2 c. spelt flour

Shape as 8 large cookies. Bake ca. 15 min. at 350 F or 180 C.

Uggie's Quick Noodle Dish

Marinate thinly sliced raw turkey breast with 2T olive oil, 3 t. paprika, 2t. curry and ½ t. whole grain mustard.
Bake for about 10 minutes at 350F or 180C.
Cut into cubes
Boil 6 oz. chinese egg noodles and drain.
Sauté:
2 stalks celery, diced
1 leek, diced
2 garlics, finely grated
2 large carrots, grated
½ c. canned corn
5 pineapple rings, diced
Add meat and noodles and serve.

Uggie says: This tastes sweet, sour, delicious and is quick to make. *****

Galapagos Tortoise's Soup

Mix:
14oz. chopped lean beef
1 egg
1 t. salt
½ t. ginger
1 t. chili powder
1½ t. turmeric
Boil 1½ quarts of water and add chicken bouillon
Sauté lightly:
1 red onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, finely grated
1 carrots, cut in quarter circle slices
1 c. sugar snap peas, cut in slices
Add to chicken broth
Then add:
1 orange pepper fruit, diced
2 leaves chinese cabbage, diced
Form meat mixture into tiny meatballs and drop in soup. (use food gloves if you want) Skim off fat from meat.
Add 9 oz. fresh egg noodles cut into short pieces
Boil all together for about 5 minutes and sprinkle with shrimp and serve.

Grandpa Piggy's Red Hot Dish

Boil 5 ½ ounces chinese noodles and drain.
Spice with:
1 T. olive oil
1 t. chili
1 t. paprika
Mix:
14 ounces low fat ground chicken
1 egg
1½ t. turmeric
1½ t. chili
Fry in olive oil and chop meat while frying so it is crumbly.
Sauté:
1 red onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, finely grated
1 red pepper, diced
1 c. canned corn
Add fried chicken and noodles.
Sprinkle with 1 c. almonds, sliced and toasted

Nosey Leopard's Pumpkiny Triangle Cookies

Mix.
1 c. cooked and mashed pumpkin or hokaido squash
½ c. oil
1 egg
1 t. almond essence
½ t. ginger powder
½ c. poppy seeds
½ c. raw sugar
1 c. finely ground walnuts
1 t. baking powder
2 1/4 c. spelt flour
1 c. dried cranberries

Shape the cookies as triangles. Bake on greased baking sheet at 350 F or 180 C for about 20 min or less depending on the size and thickness of the cookies. We made 8 large thick cookies.
