Catball & Skvat Cat's Yummy Spicey Xmas Cookies

Mix:
1 egg
½ c. oil
2 t giner
1 t cinnamon
1/4 t cloves
1 dash of chili
1 T finely grated organic orange peel
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. raw sugar
1 t. baking powder
2 c. whole wheat flour
roll dough on floured board and cut into cookies.
Bake about 10 min at 350 F or 200 C
 Ice and sprinkle with various colored sprinkles.

Gobbles' Pear Blueberry Almond Pie

Pie Dough:
Mix:
2/3 c. oil
1 egg
½ c. sugar
1 t. vanilla sugar
½ c. finely ground almonds
1½ c. whole wheat flour
1 t. baking powder
Divide dough in 2 uneven balls and roll between two pieces baking paper.
Peel and half  pears and remove stems and seeds.
Arrange on bottom pie dough
Add 1 c. blueberries on top of pears
Cover with top crust and bake at 350 F or 200 C for about 35 - 40 min. When cool, draw Gobbles on top with white icing.

Fat Cat & Skvat Cat's Super Raspberry Squares

Mix:
1 c. blended raspberries
2 eggs
½ c. olive oil
Add:
3/4 c. finely ground walnuts
½ c. raw sugar
1 t. vanilla sugar
1½ c. whole wheat flour
1 t. baking powder
½ t. baking soda
Bake in greased pan for 25 min at 350 F or 200 C
Cut in squares and remove from pan after they have cooled 5 minutes.

The Grinch's Crispy Muffins

Mix:
1 egg
1 c. orange juice
4 T. oil
Add:
½ c. finely ground walnuts
½ c. finely ground hazelnuts
1 T. carob powder
1/4 c. raw sugar
1½ c. whole wheat flour
1 t. baking soda
1 c. blueberries

Put in greased muffin tin and make a face with almond eyes and raisin nose and bake at 350 F or 200 C. for about 25- 30 min.

Hula Pineapple and Catball's Aloha Dinner

Make thin onion breads for bottom:
Start with a sponge:
1½ c. lukewarm water
1 t. yeast
enough whole wheat flour to make a porridge consistency. Let stand at least one hour.
Then add:
3 T. olive oil
1 t. salt
1 small onion, finely grated
enough whole grain spelt flour and whole wheat flour to make a dough. Knead and shape as flat breads with a little edge. Brush with olive oil, and bake at 350 F or 200 C right away for 25- 30 min.
Filling:
Boil 3,5 oz (100g) whole grain noodles. Drain and add 1 T. olive oil and 2 t. curry
Cut 11,5 oz (325 g) chicken filet into bite size pieces.
Make 3 plates- one with 3T. curry and 3T. flour mixed together, second with a beaten egg and third with bread crumbs. Dip the chicken in each plate in order and fry until crispy in olive oil.
Sauté:
1 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, finely grated
½ yellow pepper, diced
2 carrots, grated  
                                                                                    1 t. grated lemon peel                                       
                                                                                         1½ c. frozen peas
                                                                                         5 canned pineapple rings cut in pieces
                                                                                         Add 3 t. curry
Add noodles and crispy chicken and serve on top on the onion breads.

Riddle Me Tigger's Lemon Vanilla Jam

Cut off the tips and the ends of two organic lemons.
Cut them in thin slices and take out the seeds.
Quarter them and put in a saucepan.
Add 2 cups waters and boil around 40 min. with a lid.
Add
1 vanilla bean that has been sliced the length of it and then halved.
1½ c. sugar
Simmer about 35 min. Take out vanilla bean and put in sterilized jar.

Scooby Doo's Scarey Halloween Muffins

Mix:
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 c. lemon juice
Add:
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. finely grated carrots
½ c. finely ground pistachio nuts
2  c. whole wheat flour
1 t. baking soda
4 pineapple rings from a can,  cut in small chunks
Put in greased muffin tin. Make faces with dried cranberry eyes and walnut mouths. Bake about 30 min. at 350 F or 200 C.

Meowth's Apple Crunch Pie

Make pie dough:
1 egg
2/3 c. oil
2 t. vanilla sugar
1 t. ginger
1 t. baking powder
½ c. raw sugar
3/4 c. hazlenuts that you finely grind
1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour

Peel and slice 7 large tart apples.

Roll out over half the dough between 2 sheets baking paper and transfer to your pie pan. Put in the apples.  Add 1 c. dried cranberries. Sprinkle with 1/3 c. sugar mixed with 3 t. cinnamon. Roll out the rest of the dough between sheets of baking paper and cover your pie.
Bake at 350 F or 200 C for about 35 min.

Skvat Cat and Fat Cat's Spicey Turkey Curry

Boil 1lb turkey breast in 1 quart of chicken bouillon.
Dice the turkey breast.
Make a curry sauce:
Heat 4 T. olive oil in a saucepan. Add 4 t. curry and heat the curry. Add 5 T. flour. Remove from heat and slowly add the chicken bouillon until your sauce has the desired thickness. (it will get thicker) Add the turkey and heat.
Boil 9 oz. of chinese egg noodles.
blend 1 c. hazlenuts and toast lightly.
Serve the turkey curry on the noodles and sprinkle with nuts. Steam some chinese cabbage to add to the mixture for extra goodness.

Lickitung's Cookies

Mix:
½ c. blended blackberries
½ c. oil
2 eggs
2/3 c. finely ground walnuts
½ c. raw sugar
½ t. vanilla sugar
½ t. baking powder
2 c. whole wheat flour

Make 8 large cookies. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake about 17 min. at 350 F or 200 C.

Bobcat's Wild Loaf

Mix well:
3/4 c. finely ground almonds
1 egg
½ c. finely chopped leek
½ c. finely chopped chinese cabbage
1/3 c. frozen peas
3 cloves garlic, finely grated
1½ t. salt
2 t. curry
2 t. pabrika
Add 400 g. (14 oz.) chopped chicken meat
It is easiest to knead the chicken into the other ingredients. Wear food vinyl gloves when handling raw chicken.
Shape into two loaves. Brush on olive oil and bake for about 35 min. at 350 F or 200 C.

Zumi's Magic Pear Muffins

Mix:
½ c. finely ground almonds
1½ c. whole wheat flour
1/3 c. raw sugar
½ c. unsweetened dark cocoa powder
1 t. baking soda
Add:
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. oil
1 fresh pear, finely diced and mixed with 1. t. cinamon

Put in greased muffin tin. Make faces with walnuts and dried cranberries. Bake 20-25 min. at 350 F or 200 C
