Skvat Cat and Fat Cat's Spicey Turkey Curry

Boil 1lb turkey breast in 1 quart of chicken bouillon.
Dice the turkey breast.
Make a curry sauce:
Heat 4 T. olive oil in a saucepan. Add 4 t. curry and heat the curry. Add 5 T. flour. Remove from heat and slowly add the chicken bouillon until your sauce has the desired thickness. (it will get thicker) Add the turkey and heat.
Boil 9 oz. of chinese egg noodles.
blend 1 c. hazlenuts and toast lightly.
Serve the turkey curry on the noodles and sprinkle with nuts. Steam some chinese cabbage to add to the mixture for extra goodness.

Lickitung's Cookies

Mix:
½ c. blended blackberries
½ c. oil
2 eggs
2/3 c. finely ground walnuts
½ c. raw sugar
½ t. vanilla sugar
½ t. baking powder
2 c. whole wheat flour

Make 8 large cookies. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake about 17 min. at 350 F or 200 C.

Bobcat's Wild Loaf

Mix well:
3/4 c. finely ground almonds
1 egg
½ c. finely chopped leek
½ c. finely chopped chinese cabbage
1/3 c. frozen peas
3 cloves garlic, finely grated
1½ t. salt
2 t. curry
2 t. pabrika
Add 400 g. (14 oz.) chopped chicken meat
It is easiest to knead the chicken into the other ingredients. Wear food vinyl gloves when handling raw chicken.
Shape into two loaves. Brush on olive oil and bake for about 35 min. at 350 F or 200 C.

Zumi's Magic Pear Muffins

Mix:
½ c. finely ground almonds
1½ c. whole wheat flour
1/3 c. raw sugar
½ c. unsweetened dark cocoa powder
1 t. baking soda
Add:
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. oil
1 fresh pear, finely diced and mixed with 1. t. cinamon

Put in greased muffin tin. Make faces with walnuts and dried cranberries. Bake 20-25 min. at 350 F or 200 C

Fat Cat & Catball's Spicey Dinner

Make meatballs:
13 oz. ground chicken
1 egg
1½ t. ginger powder
1 t. pabrika
1 t. salt
Shape into small meatballs and fry.
Boil:
2 c. water
1 t. salt
1 t. chili
add: 1 1/4 c. basmati rice
simmer 15 min.
Sauté:
2 yellow bell peppers, diced
1 red onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely grated
Add: 1½ c. frozen peas and 3/4 c. cashew nuts
Add meatballs and rice and serve

Ducky Dino's Cake

Mix:
½ c. almonds, finely ground
½ c. walnuts, finely ground
1½ c. whole wheat flour
½ c. sugar
Add:
1 egg
½ c. oil
1 c. fresh lime juice

Bake in greased pan for about 30 min. at 350 F or 200 C
Draw Ducky Dino with icing on top or the animal of your choice.

Chibi the Ginger Cat's Spicey Jams

Raspberry Vanilla Jam
1 c. fresh raspberries (use a few that are not ripe for pectin)
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vanilla sugar
Boil until thickened and put in a sterilized jar

Rhubarb Ginger Jam
Mix:
1 c. rhubarb, diced
½ c. sugar
juice of ½ lemon
1½ T. candied ginger, cut in very small pieces
Let stand 20 minutes. Boil until thick (about 15 min)  Mash with potato masher while boiling. Pour into sterilized jar.



Pineapple Lime Jam
1 c. fresh pineapple cut in small pieces
juice of 1 lime
½ c. sugar
1/4 c. water
Boil until cooked, about 15 min, and mash with potato masher. When thick pour into sterilized jar.

Slow's Quick Soup

Boil 2 quarts water and add chicken bouillion.
Make Slow's meatballs:
Mix:
1 t. salt
1 t. pabrika
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. curry
1 small onion finely grated
1 egg
1 lb. lean ground chicken
Shape as meatballs and push two whole wheat penne pasta into each. Tip: use vinyl food gloves while shaping meat.
Drop the meatballs into the boiling soup and boil 10 minutes.

Add:
1 stalk celery, finely diced
1 red pepper, finely diced
4 oz sugar peas, cut in strips
1½ c. canned corn
Boil 5 min more and serve.

Slow says "This is an original, good soup and the meatballs look like me!" ****

Eeyore's Happy Macaroni Dinner

Boil:
6 oz. macaroni
Fry:
12 oz. lamb or beef, finely diced
Add: 2 stalks of celery, diced
7 oz. sliced mushrooms
1½ c. canned corn
Add:
1 lb. jar of chili tomato sauce
2 T. water
Add the macaroni and serve.

Squirrely's Crispy Muffins

Mix:
2 eggs
½ c. olive oil
3/4 c. buttermilk
Add:
2 c. finely grated mixed nuts
2 t. cinamon
1 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 t. baking soda
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
Spoon into greased muffin tin. Make face with blueberry eyes and raisin nose. Bake for about 20 min. at 350 F or 200 C.

Catball's Dinner Soup with his Secret Garlic Bread

Prepare Secret Garlic Bread
Use your favorite bread and make this sauce:
5 T. avocado oil
4 cloves garlic, finely grated
2 T. fresh Parsley, finely chopped
1/4 t. salt
Spread sauce on bread and bake for about 10 min.
For Soup:
prepare chicken meatballs:
½ lb. chopped low fat chicken
1 egg
½ t. salt
½ t. ginger
1 t. chili
Mix well and fry as tiny meatballs. Put aside

Boil 2 quarts water. Add chicken bouillion.
Add: 2 carrots, diced, 4 oz. fresh bean sprouts, 3.5 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms, 1½ c. canned corn, drained and 4.5 oz. chinese egg noodles. Boil 5 min. Add meatballs and boil a little longer and serve with garlic bread.

Fat Cat's Fish Surprise Dinner

Boil 2 c.water with 1 t. salt and 3½ t. curry. Add 1 1/4 c. rice with wild rice and simmer 20 min.
Fry or bake 5 plaice filets breaded with lemon and parsley.
Sauté in olive oil:
2 carrots, diced
4 garlic cloves, finely grated
5 small spring onions, chopped
2 pepperfruits, diced
5 oz. fresh bean sprouts
Add fish filets cut in bite size pieces, curry rice and mix well.
Sprinkle the top with 2 oz. grated mozarella cheese and serve.
