Chili Sauce:
Sauté in olive oil:
2 onions, diced
3 cloves of garlic, finely grated
1 pound of ground beef
Add:
2 large jars of tomato puree
some water
2 t. salt
1 t. oregano
fresh basil
3 carrots, grated
3 t. chili
1 t. paprika
Cook until thick at least 40 min.
Boil rice, chop fresh peppers and lettuce, heat tortillas or tacos and serve.
