1 c. cooked pumpkin, mashed
½ c. oil
2 eggs
½ c. sugar
1 t. almond extract
1 T. cinamon
½ c. ground walnuts
1½ c. whole wheat flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
Bake in a greased pan for 30 min. at 350 F or 200 C. Draw the animal or pumpkin of your choice on top.
